By accessing maxlts.com or buying any MaxLTS product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

MaxLTS sells digital products (dashboards, templates, automation tools, design assets) and done-for-you services. Products are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment.

Payments, tax collection and file delivery are handled by our payment partner acting as Merchant of Record. When you buy, your contract for payment is with that partner, who issues your receipt and any applicable tax invoice.

Unless stated otherwise, a purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. Personal vs. commercial vs. team usage rights depend on the product you bought. You may not resell, redistribute or republish our files as your own.

Our products are provided “as is.” We work hard to make them accurate and useful, but we cannot guarantee they will fit every use case or be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxLTS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
